Before use:

• Check for any cracks or damage to the body, and that the handles are secure. 
• Wash the boddy thoroughly with hot water and let it dry before using cooking oil to season.  

Handling:

• Do not cool quickly as it may cause cracks.
• Make sure to use pot holders to avoid burns.  
• This product has been baked to prevent rust, so please do not use metal utensils, scrubbers, or other items that may damaged the surface.
• No microwave; hand wash only.  
• Follow traditional care instructions for cast iron cookware.
